Personal Interests

​In his spare time, Jordan enjoys the simple pleasures of life in Western North Carolina, particularly hiking in the mountains with his wife, Annie, and their dog, Ravioli.

Jordan represents clients across Western North Carolina in a wide range of complex civil litigation matters. Born and raised in Sylva, NC, Jordan joined Ridenour & Goss in May 2024 after practicing medical malpractice defense in Nashville, TN.

Jordan takes pride in helping his clients navigate complex legal issues. Whether negotiating or litigating a resolution, Jordan aims to provide cost-effective legal guidance while always keeping clients' best interests at the forefront. Jordan's current representative matters include, but are not limited to:
  • Commercial business disputes/breach of contract matters;
  • Trespass to real property/wrongful tree cutting;
  • Construction disputes; 
  • Boundary line and right of way disputes; and
  • Personal injury/medical malpractice.

Jordan is a proud graduate of Smoky Mountain High School and a member of the Jackson County Athletic Hall of Fame. 

Jordan attended Emory & Henry University where he graduated summa cum laude and served as student body Vice President. Jordan was also a member of the Men's Soccer Team earning regional, conference, and inter-team awards during his tenure at Emory & Henry. 

Jordan graduated with honors from The University of Tennessee College of Law. During his time at The University of Tennessee College of Law, Jordan was the Managing Editor of the Tennessee Journal of Law & Policy. Since graduating, 
Jordan has also served as an adjunct faculty member for The University of Tennessee College of Law teaching Health Law & Compliance.
