Jeff joined the firm in September 2010. He has represented clients in civil and criminal litigation, foreclosures, corporation & business matters, estate administrations, and real estate transactions and disputes.  His current practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate closings, right of way disputes, condemnation/eminent domain actions, suits for breach of contract, partition proceedings, and property tax foreclosure actions. Additionally, Jeff advises multiple property owners' associations and small business owners. 

Jeff graduated magna cum laude from the Charlotte School of Law where he served as the Senior Managing Editor of the Charlotte Law Review. During law school, Jeff worked as a clerk for the Honorable Frank D. Whitney, United States District Court, and spent a summer with the United States Army JAG Corps at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. He currently serves on the Board of the Tuckaseigee Water & Sewer Authority. 

A graduate of Western Carolina University (2005), Jeff and his wife Rosa live in Sylva with their two children. Jeff is a former member of the United States Men’s Team Handball team and has represented the United States in handball tournaments in eight different countries.
