Jeffrey GossJeff moved to Sylva and began practicing law in September 2010. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in a variety of different civil litigation matters, foreclosures, corporation and business entity formations, estate administrations, and real estate transactions and disputes. In recent years, Jeff’s practice has shifted to a focus on all things related to real estate—both transactions and litigation.

He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Tuckaseigee Water & Sewer Authority and is a member of the Western Carolina University Foundation Board of Directors. Jeff is actively involved in the community, volunteering with local non-profits, coaching Little League baseball, and serving in various roles at Sylva First United Methodist. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys backpacking and mountain climbing. He is a former member of the United States Men’s Team Handball team and has represented the United States in international tournaments in eight different countries.
