Kelly BallThe newest addition to the firm, Kelly returned to private practice in 2018 after serving as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Asheville for approximately 10 years. Kelly currently focuses her practice on local government law and civil litigation. Her current matters include property tax foreclosures, power of sale foreclosures, partition proceedings and breach of contract disputes.
Kelly graduated from Vermont Law School where she served on the Vermont Law Review. Prior to law school, Kelly graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kelly is an avid runner and lives with her husband in Haywood County. |
